No Fuss Chicken & Veggie Bake

 

 Ground Chicken, Asparagus, Yellow Squash, Zucchini & Red Onions


Almost zero effort.

How to:

  • Preheat oven for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Scatter veggies on a baking tray.
  • Crumble raw ground chicken over the top.
  • Drizzle lightly with olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs.
  • Cook for 20 - 25 minutes. Stir food after 10 minutes.
  • Mix gently.

Note: The veggies and chicken cook together. - Very easy cleanup.
