Ground Chicken, Asparagus, Yellow Squash, Zucchini & Red Onions
Almost zero effort.
How to:
- Preheat oven for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Scatter veggies on a baking tray.
- Crumble raw ground chicken over the top.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs.
- Cook for 20 - 25 minutes. Stir food after 10 minutes.
- Mix gently.
Note: The veggies and chicken cook together. - Very easy cleanup.
