Yukon Gold Potatoes, Salt & Pepper, Butter, Garlic & Herbs and Parsley

Directions

Place 6 Yukon Gold potatoes, halved in a pot and cover with cold water.

Bring to a boil.

Add salt for flavor.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer about 20 minutes, until fork-tender.

Drain in a colander and return potatoes to the pot.

Combine butter, dried parsley flakes, and salt-free garlic herb seasoning.

Melt the butter mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Pour over potatoes, toss gently, and serve warm.
