Say "THAT is a good idea!"
When:
A bully tells you what you SHOULD do.
A big sister knows it all.
A stranger suggests, decides for you.
Then:
They will STOP infiltrating your mind with their agenda.
They will think you agree with them and that you will submit, obey and act upon their idea.
Therefore:
You have the assertive right to IGNORE their ideas.
You DECIDE, not them, for yourself about your life.
Set boundaries.
