Black Bean Confetti

 Beans can be your best friend.  They are full of protein, fiber and calcium.

Gather:
Green:     frozen peas, celery
Yellow:    frozen corn
Brown:    black beans

Tips:
To limit and avoid gas:
Drain and rinse the beans in a colander.
Cook the beans well, until really soft.
Slow down while eating.

Cook:
1/2 can black beans, 1/4 C peas, 1/4 C corn,
1 stalk chopped celery, and shredded carrot
Cook for about 5 minutes.
Serves 2.
