Blame No One
Blame can arise when people are angry, hurt, frustrated, or disappointed.
But one person’s emotions do not automatically become another person’s responsibility.
Think of B as the blamer and A as the person being attacked.
B BLAMES A.
But B still owns B’s responsibility, B’s feelings, and B’s needs.
A REPLIES:
“I am not responsible for this situation.”
“I disagree with you.”
“I do not accept that guilt.”
A does not have to absorb B’s blame simply because B is upset.
LET THEM — B
Let B be disappointed.
Let B disagree.
Let B feel their emotions.
LET ME — A
Let A keep boundaries.
Let A be responsible for their own self.
Let A retain peace of mind.
Blame no one does not mean ignoring accountability. It means recognizing what belongs to each person.
B owns B.
A owns A.
