        To maintain balance and stability: 

        Repeat sit to stand over and over for several seconds.

        Hold your index finger at arm's length, turn your head side to side while looking at your finger.

        Repeat 20 times.

        Hold onto the kitchen sink, place your feet in tandem position, rise to tip toes, close your eyes.
