All that sugar: 

Alcoholic drinks, coffee, sodas, carbonated drinks and caffeine drinks that causes weight gain.

Sugar Kills.

Sugar is addictive. It causes one to become fat. 

How can we lose weight?  

The best way to lose weight is to cut down on the major culprits: 

Drinks with sugar, SAD desserts, fast food and condiments.

Alcoholic Drinks

Mixed drinks, hard liquor, wine and beer

Coffee and Caffeine Drinks

Starbucks, drive thrus, Red Bull, Diet Drinks

Caffeine is acceptable if you are driving on a long trip.  

It is better to be awake, than falling asleep at the wheel.

Sodas

Coke, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Diet Coke, Dr Pepper, 7-Up, Mountain Dew and more

Sugar Based Drinks and Processed Fruit Drinks

Lemonade, smoothies at fast food restaurants, iced tea

Milks

Milk, creams, whipped cream, buttermilk and milkshakes

Fast Food

Hamburgers, french fries, condiments, etc.

Eat fast food on rare occasions. 

Fast Food can cause lethargy, a sense of depression and can lead to diabetes and obesity. 

Condiments

Catsup, mayonnaise, butter, jam, syrup, creamy salad dressings, bbq sauce, tasty sauces

SAD Desserts and Snacks

SAD = Standard American Diet

Cake, ice cream, cookies, pies, doughnuts, croissants, large muffins, cupcakes, candy bars and candy.

At Events

Holidays, birthdays, parties, celebrations, weddings, football games and social gatherings can all take their toll on your health.  Even snacking while watching TV, streaming shows can cause people to become huge.
