Atomic Habits - Replace Bad Habits with Good Habits


Here is the power to break bad habits and create good habits.

This book is amazing!  James Clear guides you with baby steps to help you.
The key is the gateway habit, which takes 2 minutes or less.
Just do what only takes 2 minutes.  After that you have the option to stop or to continue.
Almost always, I continue for another 10 - 15 minutes, or even hours at my "good habit".

A few samples of gateway habits:
Wash the dishes - Walk into the kitchen and plan to spend 2 minutes there.
Go exercise - Put on your tennis shoes, go outside and lock the door.
Read a book - Open the book, read one page.
Stop using your cell phone - Put it in another room, away from your body.
