Complaining

Complaining incessantly for years against someone's idiosyncrasies consists of:
  • Venting, revenge, frustration, getting even.
  • Poisoning the thoughts of others.
  • Speaking ill of and tarnishing one’s reputation.
That is slander.

Slander is tearing down a person, not lifting them up.
Slander defames and destroys a person’s character.
Slander is cruelty.

Tips: Refrain from slandering others.
Pray, write in a journal, seek out a therapist.
Keep frustrations private.

Those who slander cannot be trusted.
